If you would like to deepen your knowledge of Nia’s Basic Steps and Stances, increase your relaxation as as you move in class and begin to master the foot, core and hand Techniques.

Maria Contreras and Dorit Noble are a dynamic duo who will guide you into learning, exploring and playing through a Movement Experience to Incredible Rhythm, drums and beat with colourful music from around the Globe.
